Started with a single, massive Claude skill that tried to do everything — test generation, risk analysis, page objects, all in one prompt. Mentor Dragan Spiridonov's feedback changed everything: "Your skill is too big." That advice led to decomposing one monolith into 12+ focused skills, then orchestrating them as a multi-agent fleet.
Today, 19+ specialized QE agents run in production at Marketech, generating Xray-ready test cases, SFDIPOT risk analysis, and release readiness reports from Jira tickets. The evolution followed six phases: one monolithic skill, modular decomposition, multi-agent orchestration, production deployment, token optimization via vector search, and continuous refinement. Each phase built on the last. The result is AI as a force multiplier — one engineer with the reach of an entire team.
